Materials We Handle

We specialize in brokering common, high-volume construction materials. All items must be unused, in good condition, and safe for reuse.

Accepted Materials

  • Clean fill, topsoil, gravel, and sand
  • Unused framing lumber (dimensional, LVL)
  • Plywood, OSB, and other sheathing
  • Surplus hardscape pavers, stone, and block
  • New, packaged windows and doors
  • Bundled, undamaged insulation
  • Unused siding and fencing materials
  • Leftover flooring and tile (in box)

Not Accepted

  • Any treated or painted wood
  • Broken, damaged, or partially used materials
  • Mixed debris or contaminated soil
  • Anything classified as hazardous waste
  • Scrap metal (refer to a scrap dealer)
  • Opened liquids (adhesives, paints)
  • Small, loose quantities of hardware
