Transparent Success-Based Pricing

Resite charges a flat 15% success fee on completed transactions — paid by the seller (builder). There are no listing fees, no subscriptions, and no hidden costs. You only pay when we successfully broker a deal for your surplus materials. This model ensures we're motivated to find the best possible buyer for your goods.

For buyers, the price you're quoted is the price you pay for the materials. We handle the payment processing and ensure the seller is paid promptly after successful pickup.

The Financial Flow

Our model is built on shared success. Here's a clear breakdown of how the finances work on every brokered deal:

  • You Submit Materials: There is absolutely no cost to list your surplus items with us.
  • We Find a Buyer: Our team markets your materials and negotiates a fair market price with a qualified buyer.
  • Deal is Agreed: Both parties agree on the final sale price.
  • Pickup & Confirmation: The buyer retrieves the materials, and the transaction is confirmed as complete.
  • Payment is Processed: Resite collects the payment from the buyer. We deduct our 15% brokerage fee, and the remaining 85% is transferred directly to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why a success-based fee?

Our interests are aligned with yours. We only make money if you make money. This model means we work hard to find a qualified buyer and get the best possible price for your materials, with no upfront risk to you.

What's included in the 15% fee?

The fee covers all our services: finding and vetting buyers, negotiating deal terms, coordinating pickup logistics, and managing secure payment processing. It's an all-in-one service to make the process completely hands-off for you.

Are there any other costs for buyers?

No. The price we quote to a buyer is the final price for the materials. Buyers are typically responsible for arranging their own transport for pickup, but the material cost is exactly as stated.

How quickly do sellers get paid?

We process payments to the seller promptly after the buyer confirms successful pickup of the materials. Typically, funds are transferred within 1-3 business days of the transaction's completion.
